NotesI recently had a fun chat with my pal Emily all about our love for 90s TV Show Parker Lewis Can’t Lose and it’s star Corin “Corky” Nemec. Well randomly searching for another Teen Star I found this. This is the saddest video ever watch Corin as he awkwardly leads a tour of his room and his possession while talking to a middle aged lady who is the host of some show called “Teen Set”. Why a middle aged lady is the host really makes no sense. I assume it is a magazine in the vein of Bop, 16 etc. It is really just Corin talking to himself since she is suppose to be super imposed on some TV set. Umm yeah great graphics.
Watch for his outro (4:38) where he promotes that “Tucker is out on video to rent” and says a good bye that reads more like a suicide note. Wow. This actually plays out like either the most depressing episode of MTV Cribs or a super lame dating service video submission. The 90s, were amazing. I really wanna get a time machine just to go back to 1991 and call Corky and see if he is ok…
