All That Jazz? More like She's okay...

Anyone who knows me or even talks to me for like 10 minutes about movies knows that one of my favorite movies of all times is the cult classic Heathers starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. It was directed by Michael Lehmann and is the brain child of the one the only Daniel Waters! I loved this movie since I happened upon it on cable when I was 12 yrs old.

I mean there are so many awesome quotes from the movie: “Fuck me gently with a chainsaw do I look like Mother Theresa?”, “I love my dead gay son”, “I’m a rust build up man myself”, “Did you have a brain tumor for breakfast?”, Such a pillowcase!” yeah I can totally go on for days no seriously!

So Yeah the above picture is an autographed personalized note from Daniel Waters! How did I get this you may ask? Well much thanks goes to comedian and all around awesome fella Dave Anthony! I tend to quote the movie a lot on twitter/facebook, in a status I said “I just guessed correctly from one line of overheard dialogue that the 1937 classic movie Topper was playing. Can someone give me some sort of reward or something? Oh and yeah I don’t expect anyone else to know or to have seen this Cary Grant, Constance Bennett vehicle. Did I mention I’m like 72…. ;)

So my reward was this signed note. hence the “topper reference”. Believe me the 12 year old inside of me is stoked, hell I’m stoked!
